Greg Gordon
Gregory H. Gordon graduated from University of California, Los Angeles in 1984 with undergraduate degrees in economics and political science. Thereafter, he pursued a career in as a production control manager for an office furniture manufacturer located in Southern California. Gregory H. Gordon’s legal education began in 1995 in the part-time, evening program at Western State University College of Law located in Fullerton, California. He earned a trustee’s scholarship in 1996 and 1997, graduating cum laude in 1999, and was admitted to the California bar in December 1999. Gregory H. Gordon began his legal career in December 1999 with a Southern California law firm specializing in labor law. In August 2000, he entered private practice serving a diverse client base that included credit unions, local businesses and individuals and a covered a broad range of legal fields, including civil litigation, labor law, family law, commercial law, medical malpractice, bankruptcy, probate and estate planning. From October 2003 to January 2005, Gregory H. Gordon temporarily suspended his legal career when he was mobilized to serve in Baghdad, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in the rank of major in the United States Army Reserve. In January 2005, Gregory H. Gordon joined the law firm McMahon Treacy LLP in Riverside, California, practicing insurance defense litigation. He specializes in litigation, defending local subcontractors in construction-defect cases and local businesses against personal-injury lawsuits. Gregory H. Gordon is an adjunct instructor at Cerritos College and teaches employment law to paralegal students. He also enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle and resides in Irvine, California with his family.
